It cannot be measured. It can only be qualified. Everyone has different life experiences, which in turn effect their perceptions of truth. For example: Two people look at a red rose. One sees it as a deep crimson while the other sees it as a magenta color. Which is the more truthful description of the color? Perhaps one of these peoples' mother grew roses of the deep crimson color, so no matter how subtle the difference in red, a red rose to them will always be deep crimson. Truth, like beauty, is all in the eye of the beholder. It all depends on where one is standing at the time and the experiences that make us unique individuals. Perhaps we should qualify the phrase, "absolute truth" to be "the truth as I perceive it." That would indeed be more truthful. ***
