Seated in deep meditation.
Wrapped in Perfect Peace Profound;
a tiny bubble in the foam,
on one wave in the Great Ocean of Life.
So small the bubble,
so inconsequential-so fragile, so limited!

Sitting in deep meditation,
while wrapped in Perfect Peace Profound,
The bubble looks into the Mirror-to discover what?

In the midst of human complexities,
frailties and limitation,
sits the true person..
Blessed are those who see with the eyes of the soul
or hear with the ears of the heart,
That which is Formless, Silent,
Motionless yet dynamic.

To discover the purpose of Life-in being still,
in being silent-thus keeping the Mirror unclouded
is the greatest of Blessings!
