We have a Physical, Spiritual, Emotional and Mental room. It is important to go into each of these rooms each day; if only to air them out. This is a place for exploring each of these rooms; blending serious topics and information with a sprinkling of humor and things to ponder upon. How do Turtles and Zen relate to one another? I'm not really sure. I suppose that one could say that Turtle Zen is a slow flash of insight. Perhaps it means Mother Earth Insights. Like most Zen koans, the interpretation is all up to the reader.
