I simply ask that you remember this is a newsletter for all ages. Please, no hate, racisim, pornography. We get enough of that in the news and in our day to day lives.

If you are submitting something that is not authored by you originally, please make sure that you have permission to share it and/or that proper credit is given.

With that said, I thank you for taking the time to read these guidelines. I look forward to your submissions.
